PINA – successful destination marketing mobile and in social networks
5C-Mobile developed the PINA platform for tourism regions who seek customer contact and loyalty in the media their guests use.
As a comprehensive travel guide PINA offers the full spectrum of the destination's activities, services and offerings to the guest at any time (and anywhere) in his mother tongue for free. That way the destination accompanies the user not only seamlessly on their mobile phones, but also on any computer as a widget (software tool).
Reach of the PINA Platform
The PINA platform is designed universally, i.e. all data and information of the destination will be stored only once and are immediately available
- on more than 400 mobile phones as a software,
- on the mobile Internet,
- on PC and Mac (Widget),
- for integration in social media like Twitter and Facebook
- and for iPhone/iPod Touch.
Context
The modules of the PINA-platform can be deployed in a number of cases, e.g. for ski resorts, hiking destinations, museums, exhibitions, events, festivals, parks, cities, national parks, ...
